Upon arrival in Riga, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in. This evening, there will be a welcome meeting including champagne, cocktail or juice and an optional welcome dinner at hotel.
Riga, founded in 1201 by the German Bishop Albert, is the largest of the three Baltic Capitals and boasts a real kaleidoscope of architectural styles. After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town including Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Swedish Gate, the Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guilds, the Freedom Monument as well as the Riga History and Navigation Museum. The tour will conclude at the Old Town Hall Square where we join the bustle of the traditional Christmas Market and shop for unique gifts. This afternoon, there is an optional tour to the Riga Art Nouveau District and a visit to the Art Nouveau Museum. Tonight, we will attend a Ballet or Opera performance at the Latvian National Opera or the European Christmas Festival. Meals: Breakfast

This morning after breakfast, there is an optional tour to the Riga Motor Museum. The Riga Motor Museum's roots lay in the Antique Automobile Club of Latvian traditions, member enthusiasm and passion towards antique vehicles as an aesthetic value and part of cultural heritage. There is also an optional guided shopping tour in the afternoon that will take you to interior decoration and design stores, art galleries and fashion boutiques in the Old Town with the main focus on local brands and artists. En route enjoy a warm cup of coffee with a Latvian Christmas pastry at a cosy café. This evening, why not join the optional Farewell Dinner at the elegant Restaurant Kalku Varti. Meals: Breakfast
