You will journey through Pine tree forests and Olive groves whilst enjoying views of the Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean Sea over seven days. Throughout the hike, you will come across and experience rustic Mountain Villages and historical sights such as Petroglyphs (rock engravings) from the Bronze Age. Throughout your adventure, you will have plenty of time to relax, enjoy the beaches and take a gentle stroll along coastal paths overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Today, you will explore more isolated villages and enjoy a meandering descent through a green valley to Saorge on the Roya River. Overnight stay in Saorge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast, travel across the undulating and sloping trail as it skirts along the side of a Mountain and a staircase sculpted into the cliff. Overnight stay in Breil-sur-Roya. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today, you will continue along a picturesque Mountain footpath to a village surrounded by Olive trees on the edge of France and Italy. Overnight stay in Sospel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today’s walk will end in one of the most beautiful Villages in France, where you will catch your first glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. Overnight stay in Sainte-Agnès. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
For your final day, you walk from Menton to the delightful Hilltop Villages of Gorbio and Roquebrune-cap-Martin located high above the Mediterranean offering spectacular vistas of the Côte d'Azur below. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
